Presbyterian Women (PW)

Presbyterian women meet the third Monday of the month at 6:00 pm.  Each meeting includes social time, a business meeting, and a learning or fun activity.  All women can participate.  There are no membership dues, but a least-coin offering is collected.

They provide spiritual support and fellowship.  They are the major fund-raising arm of the church.  In the past, PW raised funds for the church steeple.  The main event is the annual chili supper held in November which brings in people from throughout the area for an all-you-can-eat chili menu with lots of scrumptious desserts. Funds are used to support the various ministries of the church and provide funds for enhancements to the kitchen and other church facilities. Christmas baskets are distributed to the home bound.

The themed Spring Fling is a time for fun. The 2025 Spring Fling was titled Hoopty dee Doo and You. Guests dressed in western styled apparel and enjoyed a BBQ boxed supper around a covered chuck wagon and “campfire”.

A final end of the year celebration is held in December at a local restaurant with the men holding their own dining experience in a separate section of the restaurant.
