White Lick Presbyterian Church (PCUSA)
Please Note: Our Website is currently under construction.
We are a community with opportunities for you and your family to worship, grow in your faith, and lead where God has called you to serve. Our congregation was established in 1851 with the sanctuary being constructed in 1891. The education wing is used for fellowship, Sunday lunch, and discipleship. Our worship services are generally more traditional in format, but comfortable for newcomers to feel welcomed. We are accepting of those who have varying views on faith and theology as we honor all as children of a loving God.
Living into Christ’s Call for us and our neighbors
We worship in the sanctuary and online every Sunday morning at 10:30. You can catch us on YouTube. You may either watch the service live at 10:30 A.M. or later at your convenience. Rev. Ruth Chadwick Moore is our pastor and is available for prayer and pastoral care.
We have a dedicated nursery space for small children to play during worship, and Sunday School teachers are available for elementary school children during worship time.
We often have Adult Education opportunities Sunday mornings at 9 am, 11:30 am or on Zoom at 7 pm on Wednesday nights. Check out our Bible Study, And Conversations That Challenge Christians page for current offerings.
WLPC is very active in serving our neighbors and partners with community organizations that serve Hendricks County’s most vulnerable residents. Check out our Serving our Neighbors page for more information.
The first Sunday of the month (except for Holiday weekends) we have an all church luncheon after worship. This is a free (donations accepted) home made luncheon prepared by a group from the church and all are welcome.
To be informed of events at the church Pastor Ruth will send you the weekly email of events.
PAL (Parents of Addicted Loved Ones) meets every Thursday evening at 6:30 in Fellowship Hall. If you have a family member or close friend who is suffering from alcohol or drug addiction, consider attending these informative and supportive meetings. Browse our website for more information.
